This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit weldinpro.com or contact us, why we do it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website
When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Security logs are kept only as long as needed for this purpose.
The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server. No data is sent to font providers.
3. Contact form and email
When you contact us, we process the data you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, country, industry, the service requested, your message and any documents you attach. We use this data to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer (steps prior to a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to keep a record of our correspondence (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Your enquiry is sent to us by email and stored in the website administration area, which only authorised staff can access.
- Uploaded documents are stored in a protected folder that is not publicly accessible and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case statutory retention periods apply.
- You receive an automatic confirmation email with a copy of your message.
To protect the form against spam, we use technical checks that do not rely on third-party services. The number of submissions is limited per connection; for this we use a one-way hash of your IP address, stored for one hour.
4. Job applications
If you send us your CV, we process it to assess your application (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 88 GDPR). If we cannot offer you a position, we delete your application within 6 months, unless you agree that we keep it for future openings.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies to run the website and to store your cookie choice. Cookies for preferences, statistics and marketing are only set after you consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details are in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
If statistics are enabled and you consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Recipients
Your data is processed by our own staff and by the following service providers acting on our behalf, under data processing agreements:
- HOSTON SRL, Romania – website hosting and email delivery
- Google Ireland Limited – website statistics, only with your consent
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before. To exercise your rights, write to office@weldinpro.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your country of residence.
8. Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected by a firewall and regular security updates.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. Last updated: September 2026.
