WIP offers full welding process coordination before, during and after the welding activities, together with project follow up.

Initial consultancy:

-Technical Audit and Process Optimization;
-Budget evaluation;
-Technical reviews;
-Welding procedure qualifications and welding procedures specifications (WPQR and WPS);
-Welding staff certification;
-Assistance in drafting an accurate Inspection and Testing Plan.

During project implementation:

-Planning production flow;
-Issue work instructions;
-Responsible for welding consumables and their certificates;
-Responsible for basic materials and their certificates;
– Perform pre/during/after welding Inspections according to the ITP plan;
– Highlight non-conformities and suggest corrective actions;
– Calibration and validation check of inspection equipment and welding equipment.
