With a vast expertise, WIP can provide end-to-end services in welding, inspection, production, QC and NDT. Our staff members own all required certification for each specific role in the welding and testing field.

What do we offer?
WIP offers full welding process coordination before, during and after the welding activities, together with project follow up.
Initial consultancy:
• Budget evaluation
• Technical reviews
• Welding procedure qualifications and welding procedures specifications (WPQR and WPS)
• Welding staff certification
During project implementation:
• Planning production flow
• Issue work instructions
• Responsible for welding consumables and their certificates
• Responsible for basic materials and their certificates
• Perform pre/during/after welding Inspections
• Highlight non-conformities and suggest corrective actions
• Calibration and validation check of inspection equipment and welding equipment
After performing all welding activities:
• Identification and traceability
• Check of weld geometry/size welding symbol on drawing/WPS
• Check of welding surface, transition area and area close to the weld
• Extent of NDT, NDT operator qualifications, reporting and documentation
• Final documentation (issue and review)
